The Great Northern Sauna Village

Book 60- to 90-minute sessions and explore various traditional wood-fired saunas, including barrel, backyard, and mobile units, just steps away from the Malcolm Yards food hall.

The Great Northern Launch Party is at Sauna Village

We’re kicking off The Great Northern in true Minnesota fashion! Enjoy guided sauna sessions, catch Prince’s iconic Sign O’The Times concert projected onto the United Crushers building, try delicious eats from the Malcolm Yards food hall, and sip our signature cocktails around fire pits located on the Malcolm Yards patio.

Entry to the launch party is free with an RSVP. Sign up for a Sauna Village session seperately.

A can’t-miss part of your festival experience.

Visit our pop-up sauna village in the heart of Minneapolis. The Sauna Village is open Thursdays to Sundays from Jan 23–Feb 2. Schedule a standard, self-guided Open Steam session or check out one of our special programs—including family days, senior days, a BIPOC community steam, and other special programming that will get you outside and connected to your community.
